In LOVE with Créme Puff – 11 March 2020

Cream puffs are typically loved by everyone. Cream puff is a filled French choux pastry ball with a sweet and moist filling of whipped cream, custard, pastry cream or ice cream. The puffs may be decorated or left plain or garnished with chocolate sauce, caramel or a dusting of powdered sugar. Hence, this is what participants learnt from the workshop conducted by Chef Chan Wye Kok over at DISTED School of Hospitality & Culinary Arts.
